Staffs are friendly and helpful & easy access location.

it need some improvement on providing new facilities such as new TV with astro channel, water jug, fridge...

Very accessible to shopping malls and restaurants. Value for money.

The room is stuffy and has strong cigarette smell due to the previous smoker staying in the room. Need to be improved for the comfort of other people especially non-smokers who will stay in the hotel.

Location is very near food stalls, night markets, malls, and night spots at the waterfront. Very affordable and budget friendly accommodation! Free Wifi! :)

Fixtures were quite old and needed to be changed-- but what do you expect with the rate of the hotel-- if its just a bed to rest yourself for the night-- tghis hotel is best! Plus it is safe too! :)

Table in room is old but useable. Lighting in room too little, only 1 bulb.

The only plus point for this hotel is its location, very convenient for shopping and eating. Cleanliness and facilities need a lot of attention. Theres no mirror in the bathroom. Cupboard needs some shelves and clothes hangers. Hot water only available on request and given in a thermos, with a rm20 deposit. On Sunday 23/10/11 there was a power failure. We had to use the emergency stairs which was dark. The emergency lighting did not work! On some of the stairs landing matresses are stored, impeding our steps downward. Fortunately we were on the 2nd floor. Theres some fire safety issues that need urgent attention. The rates charged for rooms should be rm10 less in view of these shortcomings!

Sound block not good,i can here many noice out side. Lot moquito also,lucky air condition working well ,then mosquito not active. Poor internet services ,,,very week line,,keep cut off even I try 3 difference line

The location in the heart of Kota Kinabalu town and near to a lot of shopping complexes, as well as interesting places like Gaya Street and Philiphine Market by walking distance. Cheap but the building have lift.

Doesn't provide kettle and iron. For the same price I can have a refrigerator or bath tube in other hotel.

The owners were very nice and the location is in the heart of the city making it easy to go around.

This hotel is located nearly to everything!! 7-Eleven, Maybank, cimb Bank, muslim's food stall, night market, petrol station and taxi services. I just can't find any better hotel than this!! Hotel's staff were also very helpful, friendly and informative. They were the one who proposed us the most affordable and easy going travel agency.

An easy access to everywhere. E.g walking distance to shopping complex, Gaya Street Market, laundry and next Kg Air Night Market, 7-Eleven, Taxi Station and groceries store.
